The data controller is the firm, responsible for the data collected while browsing or received by e-mail and contact form.
For the creation and technical operation of the site, the firm uses service providers (web design and hosting) operating in Switzerland or the European Union, bound to confidentiality and compliant data processing.
The site is protected by an SSL certificate: «https://» and the padlock in the address bar indicate that the data exchanged is encrypted while in transit.
On each visit the hosting server records, for technical and security reasons, log data such as the IP address, browser type, date and time and pages requested. This data serves the operation and security of the site and is not used to identify you.
The contact form does not send data to a server on this site: on confirmation it opens your e-mail program with a pre-filled message that you send directly to info@rossi.ch. The data you provide (name, e-mail, phone, area and message) is processed solely to answer your request and kept in the firm's mailbox. It is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except for legal obligations or requests by authorities and courts.
This site uses no profiling cookies and no in-house statistics tools. To remember your consent to this notice, a simple technical preference is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
The office map is embedded via Google Maps and the fonts are loaded via Google Fonts, services of Google LLC. Loading them transmits your IP address to Google, including abroad (United States), and Google may set its own cookies. These services provide a working map and consistent typography. Data is disclosed to third parties only with your consent, under legal obligations or at the request of authorities. Any transfers abroad take place to countries ensuring adequate protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards under the FADP.
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for the duration of any engagement, as well as within the limits of statutory retention obligations (in particular professional, accounting and limitation-period rules). It is then deleted.
Within the limits of the FADP you have the right to obtain information about the data concerning you and to request its correction, deletion or restriction, and to object to processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@rossi.ch or to the address given in point 1. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
The firm may update this policy to reflect legal or technical developments. The version published on this page prevails.
